How long do your cocktails last?
All of our drinks are flash pasteurised so they keep their fresh flavour, which means that each bottle has at least a 12-month shelf life when it's made. We make sure you receive them with at least 2 months to drink them. The best before end date can be found on every bottle neck. Once opened, please consume within 48 hours.
Do I need to keep them in the fridge?
Because our drinks are pasteurised, there’s no need to keep them in the fridge. However, we do recommend they are best kept in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
How do I serve them?
Every order comes with a serving guide to help you achieve the perfect pour, but we recommend that you #wake the bottle, pour into a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice and #shake for 10-15 seconds, then strain and #serve into your preferred glass. Our Mojito is already carbonated, so simply pour over ice.
Are Tapp'd Cocktails suitable for Vegans?
Yes! All of our drinks are 100% vegan, gluten, and nut-free, and all nutritional information is displayed on the bottle. We’re happy to answer any questions on ingredients or allergens, just drop us an email at sales@tappd.co.uk, and we’d be happy to help.

What's the best way to store your cocktails?
Keep them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. They don't need to be in the fridge until they're open.
Can I mix your cocktails with other drinks?
Go for it! Our cocktails are cracking on their own, but if you want to get creative, feel free to experiment. Just remember to drink responsibly

You bet we do! We're all about quality, so we use the real deal whenever we can.

Can I track my order?
You sure can! We'll send you a tracking number when your order is on its way. If you have any trouble, reach out to us.

What are your delivery terms?
UK Mainland Delivery:
- DHL 1-Day Express Delivery: If you need your order quickly, place it before 12 pm, and we'll aim to get it to you the next day for £6.99.
- DHL 1-3 Day Standard Delivery: Our standard service will deliver your order within 1-3 working days for £5.99.
I live somewhere remote, can you deliver to me?
Out of UK Zone Delivery:
- For delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, and the Isle of Man, delivery is via DHL, with a tracked service, and takes approximately 2 working days. The cost for this service is £15.99.

Are your drinks sustainably packaged?
We're all about being responsible, so we're always looking for ways to make our packaging as sustainable as possible. We pack in cardboard with cardboard stabilisers for the cans and bottles.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we're just delivering within the UK. But who knows what the future holds?

What do I do if my order is damaged?
Oh, no! Give us a shout ASAP, and we'll sort it out for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
