They say good things come to those who wait but this has been a labour of love after having to overcome so many challenges to get this to taste and pour perfect. Most would give up after 10 attempts but that’s not us. A predominantly creamy but pleasing blend of real coconut cream, organic pineapple juice and a double shot of award-winning rum finally led to us winning many national awards for our endeavours.
A drink that feels like a true reward at the end of a very long day. A drink that makes everyone’s favourite season of the summer a lot more entertaining. A drink that you might even remember months from now, as summer turns to fall, and you find yourself recounting the highlights of the sun-and-fun season.
